The Aegis Hero 2: compactness and comfortable grip

After the success of the Aegis Hero, Geekvape puts the cover back by launching this Aegis Hero 2, a pod that allows itself to go further than its predecessor.

This new version has dimensions of 121.9 x 49.17 x 33 mm. It is therefore a small device and easily transportable.

Then, this Aegis Hero 2 / H45 is equipped with a metal structure capable of better resisting shocks and scratches. It also has a handle with a comfortable coating for the hands. Compactness, transportability, grip and comfort meet expectations, all within a device with a pleasant look.

A technicality to be welcomed

This new version of the Aegis Hero contains a built-in battery of 1400 mAh, or 200 mAh above the Aegis Hero 1. We are therefore dealing with a long-lasting battery, a battery that can remain operational for a whole day. And as for its recharging, a USB Type-C cable is provided.

The Aegis Hero 2 is also able to deliver a maximum power of 45W. It has a system that stabilizes the latter - even if the battery is low -, which promotes the rendering of flavors.

On the other hand, this model offers 2 modes of operationnamely:

• VW mode (variable power between 5 and 45W)
• Le mode Bypass

Then, Geekvape equipped this pod with a 0.96" colour TFT display. In addition to facilitating the setting, this screen communicates to the vaper information necessary for a good vape, including the power, the value of the resistance, the remaining battery level, the selected mode or the number of puffs. Moreover, the new interface displays a better layout of data than that of the first Aegis Hero.

One 4 ml cartridge

The Aegis Hero 2 / H45 kit is equipped with a 4 ml with magnetic connection. It is filled from the top, without leaks and with ease. Simply remove the silicone cap that covers the filling hole. As for the drip tip, it is a 510 and, with respect to The airflow, it adjusts to allow the choice between a aerial draw (DL) or a Semi-aerial draw (RDL). Note that 2 side air inlets optimize the quality of the airflow. The restitution of flavors is all the better.

Finally, this cartridge is compatible with Geekvape B coils. 2 are also provided:

• A resistor B with a value of 0.4 ohm and pre-installed (25-35W)
